Dear parents and carers

Thank you for all of your support since Christmas. It has been a tricky term, with so much illness in staff and children, and the weather! Hopefully Spring will make a proper showing over the Easter holidays. I hope you all have a lovely Easter! Don’t forget, we have an inset day on Monday 15^th April, so we will see you on Tuesday 16^th.

There has been a fantastic response to the PSFA Easter competition – thank you to all of those who entered and to the parents who supported their children in doing so. It has been so hard to judge!!

A little reminder….

If the children are bringing in snacks for break time, these should only be fruit. We are having an increasing number of children eating crisps and chocolate and then leaving wrappers around! Thank you for your support.

Exciting news!

On Monday 22^nd April, our Book Fair is opening and will be available for you to browse every day after school (for one week only). There will be some very exciting titles which will appeal to all ages. There will be a 3 for 2 offer on ALL books.

You will find us by the double doors at the entrance to the hall.

We are encouraging cashless payments at the Fair:

You can pay for books online while you’re at the Fair! You will be able to scan the code on your phone to easily access our parent pay website.

Did you know, children are five times more likely to finish a book that they have chosen themselves? This makes a Book Fair the perfect place for a reluctant reader to find their feet with books.
