Breakfast Club

The Tynings Breakfast Club is open every day from 7.45am to 8.40am.  It costs just £2.50 per child per session.

There is a variety of food available including toast, cereal and fruit juices (to name but a few) and all at a reasonable price – parents should ensure their children have enough money.

There are many activities available as well as breakfast, including table top games, skipping and many others.

Sessions must be booked and paid for using the Arbor Parent Portal.  If you would like more information then please contact Rachel Davis, Breakfast Club Supervisor via the school office or pop in and visit us.

After School Club

The Tynings After School Club is open every day from 3.15pm – 6pm.  Pupils are collected from their classroom and escorted to the club where they will be signed into the After School Club register.

The children are offered a light snack of toast or a jam sandwich and a drink before activities commence.  There are a number of activities on offer and these will change on a daily basis and are planned by the After School Club Supervisor.  Activities may include a chance to complete homework, quiet reading, colouring, outdoor play, creative play and collaborative games.

Advanced booking is required and you will be invoiced a month in advance.  Parents will have the flexibility to book ad-hoc sessions, where places are available, but the After School Club requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and advanced payment.  You can request an ad-hoc session by emailing [email protected] or by filling in the relevant parts of the booking form (see information booklet for more details).  The costs of each session is £8.00 and £7.50 for siblings.

All children must be picked up by 6.00pm.  If you are unable to pick your child up, you must notify the After School Club Supervisor and say who you have nominated to pick up your child.

We reserve the right to charge a fee of £5 per quarter of an hour in the event of a pick up after 6.00pm.

If a child is not picked up by 7.00pm and we have had no contact, and we have attempted to contact all persons on the registration form, we are obliged to contact Social Services.
